Our End of Life Support program aims to ease this burden by providing assistance with funeral expenses. While we understand that we cannot reverse the pain of loss, we strive to ensure that financial concerns do not compound the grief. Why This Program Matters

Families navigating end of life care often find themselves emotionally devastated and financially overwhelmed. Hospice services, palliative care, transportation, caregiver support, and funeral arrangements all carry significant costs. For many, there is little or no insurance coverage for these essential services. Grieving families may also face lost income, unpaid bills, and mounting debt.

We created this program to remove those financial barriers—so patients can focus on comfort, connection, and closure, while families can focus on love and healing, not invoices and debt collectors.

What the Program Provides

The End of Life Financial Support Program offers tailored financial assistance to individuals who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and are approaching the final stage of life, as well as to families planning for or coping with the passing of a loved one.

Depending on individual needs and circumstances, support may include:

Hospice and palliative care support (in-home or inpatient services)
Transportation for patients and family caregivers
Medical equipment and comfort-focused supplies not covered by insurance
Emotional support resources, respite care, or home aide services
Financial support for funeral and burial or cremation services
Temporary rent, utility, or grocery assistance for grieving families

Each grant is customized to the unique needs of the patient and their family, guided by empathy and urgency.

Who Can Benefit from This Program

We serve individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses. This program is intended for:

Patients with a terminal diagnosis and a life expectancy of six months or less
Individuals enrolled in hospice or palliative care programs
Families with limited financial resources who are planning funeral, burial, or memorial services
Caregivers or survivors responsible for the financial and emotional toll of end of life services

We do not require a specific citizenship status; we focus on need, vulnerability, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a deeply personal moment.
